Paul on 08 Apr 2022 asked "If I fit this with the rt195 kit using 3mm packer, does the piston skirt need trimming?"

MB Scooters Ltd replied: No not at all, correct fitting instructions on our Tech-Site

Jonathan on 07 Oct 2021 asked "Hi is this crank suitable for a TS 1 225 thanks Jon "

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Yes perfect

John on 13 Feb 2021 asked "what is full a circle crank is it just away of increasing the swept volume and if used with a 110 mm crank is it a 3mm base packer and thicker head gasket to get the squish clearance setting lastly any modifications need doing to the casing "

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Full circle means the crank webs are full circle so gives higher primary crankcase compression. Nothing to do with swept volume or con rod length . They fit the casings with no mods

Ross on 14 Oct 2020 asked "What is the purpose of the longer than standard con rod?"

MB Scooters Ltd replied: It allows you to fit any cylinder and set up port timings and perfect squish clearance. Plus an improved con rod and bearings

John on 03 Apr 2019 asked "As this is full circle, would it still be suitable to fit to a standard GP200 without reeds? "

MB Scooters Ltd replied: It should be fine or look at this version which is not full circle MBL1623

Graham on 02 Feb 2015 asked "Hi, I have purchased a crank shaft off you the 58 x 110 full circle bgm, but I want to fit this to my mugello 200 cylinder, I know this conrod is 3 mm longer than the standard I've got, which is 58x107 mm, what adjustment will i have to make to fit this? Many thanks Graham. "

MB Scooters Ltd replied: In theory a 3mm packer, but this would depend on the machined height of your casing, so a 2.5 or 3.5mm could be required
